Indiana Bank Taps Mich. Exec To Become Its CEO, President

Randolph County Bank, Winchester, Ind., has hired Joseph G. Pierce to be president and chief executive officer, succeeding Stanley Hendrickson, who resigned.

Mr. Pierce was senior vice president responsible for new business and credit administration at FMB Lumberman's Bank, Muskegon, Mich., a subsidiary of First Michigan Bank Corp.

Before that he had been executive vice president at Anderson (Ind.) Banking Co., which was acquired by National City Bank. He worked 22 years at Anderson Banking.

Randolph County Bank is a subsidiary of First Merchants Corp., Muncie, Ind., which has $1 billion of assets.
