InteliSpend Prepaid Solutions LLC announced Wednesday a Visa-branded prepaid corporate card as an alternative to traditional corporate credit cards.
The Fenton, Mo., company said its Expense Visa Prepaid Card will allow corporate customers to allocate cash to employees for business purposes. Those companies can add cash to the cards using InteliSpend's direct-deposit process, DirectSpend.
Any cash left over in the prepaid account is returned to the client. The card's spending can be limited to certain industries and merchants, InteliSpend said.
"Detailed reports that show you where your expense dollars are going … make this option a real value," said Darryl Hutson, InteliSpend's chief executive, in a press release.
