INTERNATIONAL Saving Bank, San Diego, said Bill N. Kinter has joined the bank as vice, president and marketing director.
Mr. Kinter oversees all aspects of the bank's marketing, including public relations, advertising, sales, and product management.
He comes to the bank from Homefed Bank of San Diego, where he wag chief marketing officer.
The Cleveland-based bank is projecting steady growth in net interest income even as credit losses remain manageable. But Chairman and CEO Chris Gorman also said that he thinks a recession is likely.
