The credit union core processing service provider Enhanced Software Products Inc. has agreed to offer its customers bill-payment services from iPay Technologies LLC.
iPay, of Elizabethtown, Ky., is expected to announce today that it is offering single-sign-on access to its bill-pay software for credit unions that use Enhanced Software's hosted core processing services.
Enhanced Software, of Spokane, has 46 credit union clients with assets ranging from $850,000 to $900 million.
Matt Lefler, an Enhanced Software vice president, said in an interview Friday that his firm offers its customers bill-pay services from other companies, but he said iPay's "customer service philosophy is very much aligned with ours."
iPay said it has 2,500 community financial institution clients and almost 1 million bill-pay subscribers nationwide.
