Karen Chong-Wulff, CFA, Joins ICMA-RC as Vice President, Fixed Income

WASHINGTON, July 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Karen P. Chong-Wulff today joinedthe investment division of ICMA-RC as Vice President, Fixed Income.Chong-Wulff will oversee the activities of analysts in the Fixed IncomeGroup and perform a lead role in managing fixed income subadvisers for boththe VantageTrust and Vantagepoint family of funds. "We are pleased that Karen is joining us in such an importantposition," said Joan McCallen, president and CEO of ICMA-RC. "Our stablevalue investments are a central part of our role in building retirementsecurity for public sector employees." Chong-Wulff reports to Wayne Wicker, senior vice president and CIO ofICMA-RC. Wicker welcomed her to his team. He said her substantialexperience in managing fixed income portfolios would be an excellentaddition to the ICMA-RC, which currently manages and administers more than$31 billion in assets. Chong-Wulff was most recently senior portfolio manager and director ofstable value investments at DuPont Capital Management (DCM) in Wilmington,DE. Prior to joining DCM, she was vice president and senior investmentanalyst/portfolio manager at Morley Capital Management. She has been active in the Stable Value Investment Association and inDelaware area charities. She holds a Bachelor's degree in accountancy fromthe National University of Singapore and a Master's in BusinessAdministration from Washington State University.
