Chong-Wulff today joinedthe investment division of ICMA-RC as Vice President, Fixed Income.Chong-Wulff will oversee the activities of analysts in the Fixed IncomeGroup and perform a lead role in managing fixed income subadvisers for boththe VantageTrust and Vantagepoint family of funds. Prior to joining DCM, she was vice president and senior investmentanalyst/portfolio manager at Morley Capital Management. She holds a Bachelor's degree in accountancy fromthe National University of Singapore and a Master's in BusinessAdministration from Washington State University.
