KeyBank of Idaho, Names Executive

KeyBank of Idaho, Boise, has promoted Philip H. Eastman 2d to president and chief executive officer.

Mr. Eastman, who joined the bank in 1987, was executive vice president for commercial banking, real estate construction, income property real estate, international banking, and cash management.

The Idaho bank is a unit of KeyCorp, Cleveland.

The bank also said that Michael M. Mooney had been named an executive vice president of KeyCorp's Rocky Mountain region. He will be based in Denver.

Mr. Mooney, who had worked for KeyBank of Idaho since 1974, will be responsible for all community banking activities in Idaho, Utah, Colorado, and Wyoming.
