Nationwide Building Society is planning to use automated teller machine management software from NCR Corp.

The Dayton, Ohio, ATM company said Thursday that the London financial company plans to use its Aptra Advance NDC software to manage its entire fleet of 2,650 ATMs. Nationwide has been using NCR's ATMs for more than a decade.
The Aptra software lets financial companies link a variety of payment and banking systems to a network, and Chris Shott, Nationwide's head of business logistics, said in an NCR press release that it would "enable us to simplify our ATM management structure."
