Kent Oram, president and CEO of Idaho Central Credit Union in Chubbuck, Idaho, is set to retire at the end of the year.
The $8.7 billion-asset credit union announced that Oram, who joined ICCU in 1984 and was appointed as its CEO in 2007, will step down on Dec. 31. The credit union’s board of directors tapped Brenda Worrell, who is currently the chief operating officer, to succeed Oram Jan. 1.
“It has been the professional honor of my life to lead Idaho Central Credit Union’s Green Team. … Our mission is to help our members achieve financial success and we fulfill that mission many times daily,” Oram said in a press release.
Outside of his tenure at the helm of ICCU, Oram has also been a member of the board of trustees for Portneuf Medical Center as well as the board of directors for the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce.
