THE ILLINOIS Bankers Association, Chicago, has elected William S. Badgley as president of the association for 1993-94.
Mr. Badgley is chairman of the board of Magna Bank of St. Clair County, Belleville.
Other officers elected were Robert R. Wallace, president and chief executive of Champaign National Bank, vice president; Robert T. Stevenson, president and chief executive, First of America Bank, Peoria, secretary, and Arthur R. Wilkinson, chief executive officer, State Bank of Bement, treasurer.
