The mobile payments company Mocapay Inc. announced Monday that Maiberry, a Boulder, Colo., retailer specializing in all-natural and organic frozen yogurt products, had chosen it for a mobile marketing campaign.
"As consumers become increasingly dependent on their phones, establishing a mobile communication channel with them is imperative to the growth of our business," said Trang Mai, the founder and owner of Maiberry, in Mocapay's press release.
Mocapay, also of Boulder, is using the college town as a test bed for its technology, which uses text messaging to manage balances and make payments through a prepaid card.
