Fiserv Inc.'s credit union division has signed five clients for its core processing services.
The Brookfield, Wis., vendor said last week that it has contracts with Polam Federal Credit Union of Los Angeles, Cooperativa de Ahorro Credito de Santa Isabel in Puerto Rico, Southern Chautauqua Federal Credit Union of Lakewood, N.Y., Synergy Eastex Federal Credit Union of Longview, Tex., and Ace Credit Union of Mason City, Iowa.
Several agreed to use other Fiserv offerings, including online banking, accounting, and interactive voice response applications.
Jeff Givens, senior vice president and national sales manager for Fiserv's credit union division, said in a press release that it wants to cross-sell additional products and services to these clients.
Fiserv' consultants work "closely with our clients and prospective customers to consider the broad spectrum of products and services Fiserv has to offer," he said. "We're creating a unique mix of technology tools to serve each client."
