Nationar, New York, has appointed Alan H. Eugley as vice president of corporate development and Donald W. Schuster as director of marketing.
Both positions are new at Nationar, a provider of operational and advisory services to banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions.
Mr. Eugley will be responsible for strategic planning and acquisitions. Mr. Schuster will manage Nationar's marketing communications and public relations programs.
Should the all-stock transaction close as planned later this year, Wintrust Financial in the Chicago area would gain about $2.7 billion of assets.
