NATIONSBANK Corp., Charlotte, N.C., has named five new directors to its board to succeed five others whose terms have expired.

New board members are: Thomas E. Capps, 57, chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Dominion Resources Inc., Richmond, Va.; Thomas G. Cousins, 61, chairman and chief executive, Cousins Properties Inc., Marietta, Ga.; Paul Fulton, 58, president, Sara Lee Corp., Chicago.

Also E. Bronson Ingram, 61, president and chief executive, Ingram Industries Inc., Nashville; and Ronald Townsend, 51, president, Gannett Television unit of Ganneft Co., Arlington, Va.
