Designed for community banks, credit unions, and collection agencies, the PC-based NCR Collection Management System uses menu selection to log all telephone contacts, promises made, and actions taken.
CMS also provides a follow-up mechanism that flags all currently active delinquent customers and maintains a history of their delinquency.
