New Hampshire bank agrees to lift capital.

MANCHESTER, N.H. -- Bank of New Hampshire Corp. said it agreed to a directive to increase its capital through June 30, 1994, as a result of recently completed examinations by the New Hampshire Banking Department and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.

The bank also said the New Hampshire Banking Department and the FDIC have released it from a formal agreement under which the bank had been operating since Oct. 1, 1991.

The bank's progress will now be monitored under a memorandum of understanding.
