New York Life Insurance Co. said it had hired John Grady as a senior vice president in the corporate finance department.
He is responsible for the mergers and acquisitions area and the treasury department, the company said last week. He reports to Michael Sproule, who is an executive vice president and the chief financial officer.
Grady was an executive vice president of global strategy and corporate development at Old Mutual PLC.
New York Life sells life insurance, retirement income products, investments and long-term-care insurance.
