Ohio Bank Dropping RDSI for COCC

First National Bank of Pandora in Ohio has agreed to outsource its core processing of deposit and loan accounts to the service bureau COCC.

COCC, of Avon, Conn., said Thursday that the $108 million-asset banking company would also use its remote capture and online banking technology.

First National Bank is moving from an outsourced core processing service provided by RDSI Banking Systems, a Defiance, Ohio, unit of Rurban Financial Corp.

It said that switching COCC's real-time processing system would increase efficiency, provide a better view of customer relationships, and help it compete against larger financial companies.
