Fiserv Inc. added Denis O'Leary, a consultant with a background in banking and payments, to its board.

The Brookfield, Wis., vendor said last week that Mr. O'Leary, 51, is a senior adviser to Boston Consulting Group, a director at the computer security company McAfee Inc., and a member of Hewlett-Packard Co.'s advisory board.
He also worked for 25 years at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and its predecessors in a variety of positions, including chief information officer and head of retail banking.
