Fifth Third Bancorp of Cincinnati has agreed to offer its treasury management customers an online bill-payment service from Online Resources Corp. of Chantilly, Va.

Online Resources said Monday that Fifth Third is offering the CollectPay biller-direct service to clients in industries such as telecommunications, health care, and utilities.
Patrick Moore, Fifth Third's senior vice president and director of treasury product management, said in an Online Resources press release that the service would let clients to expand their electronic payment options and reduce costs.
