KleinBank, of Big Lake, Minn., has agreed to use consumer and business banking software from Online Resources Corp.
Online Resources, of Chantilly, Va., said that the $1.5 billion community banking company has signed a multiyear agreement covering a broad range of applications offered through its Community Bank and Credit Union Services unit, including account opening, mobile banking, and call center software for consumers, and automated clearing house processing, check imaging, electronic statements, and access restriction software for businesses.
The agreement, announced last month, expands on the companies' existing relationship. KleinBank also offers Money HQ, a premium online banking service from Online Resources for which consumers are charged a monthly fee.
Ronald J. Bergamesca, an Online Resources' executive vice president and the general manager of the community bank and credit union unit, said in a press release that the deal makes his company "KleinBank's primary Web channel provider for both retail and business services."
