Open Solutions, which for 20 years has been reselling the EFT products and services of Consumer Network Services (CNS) to its outsourced clients, will now be offering up CNS’ EFT capabilities to its in-house core clients, as well.

The partnership, according to both firms, will now bring products and services that were not widely available to many in-house clients, including ATM driving and monitoring, ATM and debit card transaction processing and comprehensive ancillary services including risk management, card production and consultative services. CNS processes more than 20 million EFT transactions per month for Open Solutions’ clients.

“The Open Solutions/CNS team gives us a service suite that enables us to effectively compete in the EFT services market,” touts Tim Lenhoff, svp of New Jersey-based Columbia Bank.
