Open Solutions to Offer MShift Product

The online banking software vendor Open Solutions Inc. will offer mobile banking technology from MShift Inc. to its clients.

Open Solutions, of Glastonbury, Conn., announced the deal Wednesday. It will offer the MShift Mobile Banking Solution, which provides users access to their account balances, funds transfers, and bill payment capabilities.

MShift, of San Jose, has a similar agreement with a rival of Open Solutions, the Digital Insight Corp. unit of Intuit Inc. Digital Insight, of Calabasas, Calif., uses MShift's software interface to deliver mobile banking capabilities to its bank and credit union clients.
