OTS Taps Hurley To Head Resolutions

The Office of Thrift Supervision has named Mark P. Hurley to head the division responsible for reviewing resolutions of savings and loans.

As director of resolutions, a new position, Mr. Hurley will head the agency's Accelerated Resolution Program, a joint effort with the Resolution Trust Corp. to find buyers for failing S&Ls before they have to be put in conservatorship.
