Payment Processor to Use Fraud Prevention Service from NorseCorp

Global eTelecom will use NorseCorp's eCommerce Fraud Prevention service to secure ACH transactions for its merchants.

The electronic check and ACH payment processor will integrate NorseCorp's IPViking technology and use its IPQ Score indicator to prevent high-risk and potentially fraudulent payments from being accepted by its more than 55,000 merchants, Global eTelecom said Monday.

IPViking's IPQ Score provides a real-time risk indicator for Internet-based payment transactions. The eCommerce Fraud Prevention service gathers intelligence on IP addresses engaged in fraudulent and criminal activity before a transaction, Global eTelecom said.
