Pershing Unveils Talent Recruiting Plan

Pershing LLC, a Jersey City unit of Bank of New York Mellon Corp., introduced Talent Connect, a program designed to offer broker-dealers solutions for attracting and retaining top talent.

Talent Connect is a component of Ideas Without Limits, a practice management program that Pershing offers to broker-dealers and their investment professionals. Talent Connect supplies research; insights into trends shaping the recruiting market; workshops; and a range of tools — like podcasts, white papers, and marketing support — for attracting top talent.

Pershing, which announced the program Monday, is a global provider of financial business solutions to more than 1,150 institutional and retail financial organizations and independent registered investment advisers.
