PIKEVILLE NATIONAL Corp., Pikeville, Ky. said Burlin Coleman, chairman and chief executive, is retiring at the end of the year.
Mr. Coleman has served the, company and its lead bank, Pikeville National Bank and Trust Co., for more than 45 years. He has been a major force in establishing and developing the holding company.
He will continue as chairman of the boards of the lead bank and its parent.
President and chief operating officer Terry N. Coleman, no relation to the chairman, will succeed him as CEO.
