RBC Centura Implements CRM Software

Royal Bank of Canada said Thursday that its U.S. unit, RBC Centura Banks Inc., has started using TouchPoint customer relationship management software from Fidelity National Information Services Inc. at its 340 branches.

"After reviewing various CRM options, we determined FIS' TouchPoint technology was the best solution to achieve the objectives" of RBC Centura's One Degree in-house branch technology upgrade initiative, Ron Day, the unit's executive vice president of strategy and development, said in a press release.
