STORED-VALUE CARDS: Proposal by the Federal Reserve Board to exempt many types of stored-value cards from the consumer protections included in Regulation E. Published May 2. Comment deadline extended to Aug. 1.

MANAGEMENT INTERLOCKS: Proposal by NCUA to tighten restrictions on directors and officers seeking exemptions from management interlock rules. Published March 25. Comments due May 24.

BROKER-DEALERS: Proposal by the Securities and Exchange Commission to regulate broker-dealer activities at banks. Rule closely parallels the interagency statement on nondeposit products, which requires banks to offer deposit and nondeposit products from different parts of the lobby whenever feasible.
