Rodobens Elects Banco UBS Pactual S.A. to Perform the Role of Market Maker for its Ordinary Shares

SAO JOSE DO RIO PRETO, Brazil, July 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --Pursuant to Instruction #358 of the CVM-Comissao de Valores Mobiliarios,dated January 3rd, 2002, Rodobens Negocios Imobiliarios S.A. ("Company")hereby communicates to its shareholders and the public that, in accordancewith Instruction #384, of the CVMComissao de Valores Mobiliarios, datedMarch 17, 2003, it has hired BANCO UBS PACTUAL S.A., a corporationheadquartered at Praia de Boathook n(degree) 501, 5(degree) e 6(degree)andares, Rio de Janeiro/RJ, CNPJ n(degree) 30.306.294/0001-45, to performthe role of market maker for its ordinary shares ("RDNI3") listed atBOVESPA, for a period of 06 months, to be automatically extended foradditional periods of equal length in the case that there is nocommunication in contrary by any of the parties, with the objective ofpromoting the liquidity of those shares. The Company also informs that itscurrent free float is represented by 22,998,722 ordinary shares and that ithas not signed any contract with the market maker related to the exerciseof voting rights or the purchase and sale of securities issued by theCompany.
