John "Jack" McAleer joined the Company as Managing Director of OTCCommunications, for which he has overall management responsibility,including business development and client account management. At Berwyn Capital, Mr.McAleer successfully completed public and/or private equity financings andbridge loans for an international base of clients, provided consultingservices to companies during public offerings and organized non-deal roadshows, among other services. Prior to founding Berwyn Capital and Advisory, from 1997 to 2000, Mr.McAleer was Managing Director of Capital Markets for the investment bankingfirm of Auerbach, Pollack & Richardson. While there, Mr. McAleer managedinvestment banking, research and sales operations, taking part in theunderwriting of approximately 125 deals per year.
