The investment banking firm Seattle-Northwest Securities Corp. has agreed to purchase Regional Financial Advisors Inc., a Portland, Ore., firm that provides advisory services in Oregon and Washington.

Seattle-Northwest announced the deal Tuesday and planned to complete it the next day. The price was not disclosed.
Regional Financial, founded in 1989, has 40 clients, including Oregon municipalities such as Eugene, Salem, Medford, Clackamas County, Lane County, and Jackson County, as well as Washington municipalities such as Bellevue, Tacoma, and Clark County.
It will continue to operate as a stand-alone entity until it is fully integrated into Seattle-Northwest next year.
