Assets in retail money funds increased 0.38%, to $908.17 billion. Taxable assets in that category rose 0.46%, to $756.22 billion, while tax-exempt assets notched up only 0.004%, to $151.94 billion.

Institutional money fund assets jumped 1.11%, to $623.15 billion.

Taxable assets in that category spiked 1.28%, to $575.19 billion, while tax-exempt assets fell 0.92%, to $47.97 billion.
