The New York provider of wire transfer and automated clearing house software set Dec. 17 as the new date for releasing its earnings report, saying it needed the time to finish calculating income taxes and reviewing its internal controls. It had earlier planned to release the data last Thursday.
ACI had been delinquent on its quarterly filings and spent the past year reviewing its historical stock-option-granting practices. The company said it caught up on its quarterly filings in September.
