A Russian bank, Novorossiysk Industrial Commercial Ecobank, signed a software licensing agreement with Systematics Financial Services Inc. for wholesale banking software.
Ecobank, with assets of approximately $300 million, has three branches in the port city of Novorossiysk. Systematics will provide consulting services regarding organizational structure, installation, and operation of the software.
Systematics, based in Little Rock, Ark., is a subsidiary of Alltel Corp.
