Carreker-Antinori Inc. has hired Jerry Michael Snow as senior vice president and managing principal of its software development unit.

Mr. Snow, 41, will lead the cash management and payment systems firm's Internet-based software development, said Jack Davis, executive vice president.

He most recently was chief technology officer at Quantra Corp.

Until 1996, Mr. Snow had been chief technology officer at Hogan Systems Inc., which supplies core banking systems.

Hogan was bought by Continuum Co. in March 1996. Computer Sciences Corp. bought Continuum a month later.
