PRINCETON, N.J. - National Information Bureau Ltd. has signed an outsourcing agreement with Matrixx Marketing of Omaha for direct response, telemarketing, and disaster recovery services.

The Princeton credit verification and evaluation firm will in turn sell the services to its customers.

National Information Bureau's main software product, known as the Business Analysis and Customer Approval System, gives on-line access to credit-related data bases, such as consumer reporting services.

The software aims to accelerate the process of closing sales to the creditworthy while identifying risk.

Matrixx is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cincinnati Bell Inc.
