The M&I Eastpoint division of M&I Data Services of Milwaukee has released version 10 of the M&I Eastpoint Banking System.

The new version is year-2000 ready, has a standard code base, and offers enhanced functionality such as an integrated help system and detailed branch reporting.

Chuck Schull, vice president of information systems at Los Alamos National Bank, which tested version 10, said its benefits include support for escrow analysis and branch reporting. The data base software of the $480 million-asset New Mexico bank was upgraded in just one weekend, Mr. Schull said.
