S&T Bancorp Inc. of Indiana, Penn., has promoted David Ruddock to senior executive vice president and chief administration officer and Robert Boscarino and Joe Tosh to senior vice president of its S&T Bank.
Ruddock was the executive vice president of operations and technology for the S&T bank. Before that he had been the senior vice president of operations and technology since 2004. He joined the bank in 1985 as a manager of data processing.
Boscarino will also be a commercial loan regional manager. He had been a commercial lender since 1996. Before that he worked at Southwest National Bank of Pennsylvania.
Tosh will also be a business banking manager. He was a vice president of the bank and earlier was a branch manager.
S&T Bancorp has $4 billion of assets.
