Treasury Services Corp., Santa Monica, Calif., named Katherine Jansen and Frederic M. Magner as principals.
Ms. Jansen will remain national sales director.
Mr. Magner was senior vice president and assistant to the chairman of First Interstate Bancorp, where he managed major corporate restructuring and profit-improvement programs. At Treasury Services he will be director of project management, responsible for implementation of client systems.
The company also named three managers: Richard B. Eshun, Meheiar Hasan, and Adrian Newby.
Mr. Eshun will be director of client/server technology. He will be responsible for research and development related to the powerful data-base platforms on which the Treasury Services decision-support systems run.
He was a consultant for corporate data-base projects using Oracle DBMS technology, and had been head of financial information systems for Pactel Teletrac.
Mr. Hasan will be director of consulting in the firm's consulting unit.
Mr. Newby will be the product manager responsible for the development and evolution of Treasury Services' transfer pricing and administration modules.
