The identity protection company TrustedID Inc. has agreed to use fraud alert software from Edentify Inc.
Edentify, of Bethlehem, Pa., said Wednesday that TrustedID, of Redwood City, Calif., will use its IDAlert application, which monitors consumer identity records for signs of misuse, as part of its IDFreeze service.
Terrence DeFranco, Edentify's chief executive, said in a press release that the agreement will help his company expand in the consumer market, which "represents a very significant opportunity for growth."
