Total System Services Inc. has signed a multiyear agreement to service the Argos and Homebase private-label store cards for Home Retail Group PLC, the largest home goods retailer in the United Kingdom.
TSYS announced the deal Wednesday and said account conversion is scheduled for next year.
The Columbus, Ga., company said it will provide account management, payment processing, and customer care services. It did not say how much Home Retail Group would pay for the services.
There are more than 1 million active Argos and Homebase accounts, and Home Retail Group has pro forma annual sales of more than $10 billion, TSYS said.
