The Concord, Mass., payment security software provider Memento Inc. has hired two industry veterans to fill senior positions.

Shirley Inscoe took the newly created position of director of financial services solutions, Memento said Tuesday. Mike Mulholand has become as its director of fraud solutions strategy.
Ms. Inscoe was the senior vice president of enterprise payments strategy at Wachovia Corp. and will remain the chairwoman of the fraud reduction steering committee at BITS, the technology arm of the Financial Services Roundtable. She also participates in several other industry groups developing payments and fraud-prevention policies.
Mr. Mulholand was the product marketing director at Metavante Technologies Inc.
