Bank of America Corp. said Friday that two more directors have resigned.

Retired Admiral Joseph Prueher and Retired General Tommy R. Franks resigned from the board as of June 17, the $2.3 trillion-asset Charlotte company said in a regulatory filing.

Bank of America has now lost seven directors in the past six months; most of them resigned after the company's annual meeting in April.

The company this month added four directors with financial experience: Donald Powell, D. Paul Jones, William Boardman and Susan Bies.
