Wausau Financial Systems Inc. had added more than 60 lockbox customers to its base over the past 60 months by capturing business from competing payments software vendors.
The Mosinee, Wis., vendor announced the milestone Friday, and said the the billers included utilities, insurance, nonprofit, financial services, publishing, and telecommunications companies, as well as government agencies and third-party providers of lockbox services.
Wausau Financial said its customers dominate the industry in accounts receivable conversion to automated clearing house transactions and annually originate nearly 40% of all ARC transactions.
