WireCash, an online marketplace for international remittances, has added the Brazilian company Pontual to its platform.
Through the new arrangement, U.S. residents can send money online to Brazil with Pontual through the WireCash website. Pontual's services are also available throughout Central and South America, the Santa Monica, Calif.-based WireCash said in a Monday news release.
Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.
"WireCash customers across the country can now utilize Pontual's broad network to send money quickly and easily throughout Central and South America," WireCash's co-founder Ran Grushkowsky said in the release.
WireCash released its money transfer platform in March. It plans to announce similar partnerships in the coming months.
