The Minneapolis unit of the Dutch information services company announced the purchase last week. It did not give a price.
Compliance Online offers financial customers data and analysis to help them meet regulatory requirements. Wolters Kluwer, which offers a variety of compliance and data management applications in the United States and other countries, said the acquisition would help financial services customers adhere to regulations here and in the United Kingdom.
