Workers' Credit Union in Fitchburg, Mass., has selected COCC as its provider of core processing software.
The $940 million credit union will begin using Insight, a processing system developed by Open Solutions and licensed by COCC, it said Thursday. (Open Solutions, which is now owned by Fiserv, calls the product DNA.)
The platform provides real-time processing using a single database, as well as extensions to the system's core functions called Apps. COCC is the largest reseller of Apps built on the platform.
"With COCC's support, we will have the knowledgeable resources as well as the flexible technology to continue our steady growth," said Douglas Petersen, the credit union's president and chief executive, in a press release.
