WSFS in Delaware Hires Former Harleysville CEO for Wealth Role

WSFS Financial Corp. in Wilmington, Del., has hired Paul D. Geraghty as its chief wealth officer.

Garaghty retired last year as the CEO of the $5 billion-asset Harleysville National Corp. as part of the company's sale to First Niagara Financial Corp. in Buffalo. His background also included a stint at National City Corp.

The company said in a press release earlier this month that Geraghty is responsible for all wealth-related operations including WSFS Investment Group, WSFS Private Banking, Cypress Capital Management LLC and Christiana Trust.

WSFS Financial is the parent company of WSFS Bank, which has $9.3 billion in fiduciary assets.
