The Alaska Option electronic funds transfer network last week announced it will test Acculynk Inc.'s PaySecure Internet PIN-debit technology. Alaska Option is the sixth EFT network to pilot the software, joining Credit Union 24, Metavante Technologies Inc.'s NYCE, Fiserv Inc.'s Accel/Exchange and Discover Financial Services' Pulse. A seventh EFT network will join the pilot in the next 30 to 60 days, Acculynk says in a statement. In September, J.J. Buckley, an Internet retailer specializing in selling wine, became the fourth merchant to agree to test PaySecure. AirTran Airways; 2Checkout.com, an authorized reseller for online retailers; and ShoppersChoice.com, a luxury-cooking retailer, also are testing the software.
