ProfitPoint Inc., a provider of gift and loyalty card services, has signed a multiyear gift card processing agreement with retailer Godiva Chocolatier.

EProcessing Network LLC has certified Secure Payment Systems' gift-card and check-processing products and will resell them to eProcessing's merchant clients.

U.S. Bank has launched a free downloadable mobile-banking application that enables U.S. Bank customers to check account balances, review transaction history and transfer funds among accounts. Firethorn Holdis LLC is providing the technology for the service, which is compatible with most mobile devices.
